My name is Steve Krebs, and at one point in my life I weighed over 285 lbs. Growing up I was always the "husky" kid. I battled with my weight until my early 20's. I had a great childhood. Unfortunately for me there were always baked goods and treats around, and I couldn't get enough. I actually hid food in my room sometimes. Food was always an issue for me. Being overweight made me self conscious, unhappy, and not so popular with the ladies. So after years of being the "fat kid" I decided enough was enough. This is when my interest in fitness began. I studied anything I could get my hands on about weight loss, fat loss, gaining muscle, etc. After years of hard work I transformed my body. Sometimes I still look in the mirror and don't recognize the person looking back at me!
